Senior Web Application Developer - Remote (3+ months)

This role is all about designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications in Microsoft environments with plenty of autonomy and a team that respects your experience.
What You ll Be Doing

Design & Build: Lead the design and implementation of modern web applications with Microsoft technologies.

Drive the SDLC: Participate in the full development lifecycle in a SCRUM/Agile environment from requirements to delivery.

Data Mastery: Work with existing data models and optimize them for scalability, accuracy, and performance.

Performance First: Ensure applications are built for speed and scale from the start.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues with technical and business partners.

DevOps Integration: Partner with DevOps to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Proof of Concept: Create POCs for critical components to de-risk big moves before they go live.
What You Bring

15+ years of experience across the full SDLC, with deep roots in Microsoft tech (.NET, C#, Visual Studio).

15+ years developing enterprise web applications in .NET environments.

15+ years working in SCRUM/Agile frameworks you know how to keep projects moving.

10+ years applying design patterns, design principles, and building data models.

10+ years of SQL Server expertise, including stored procedures and performance tuning.

10+ years writing technical documentation that others can actually use.

5+ years building Blazor web applications.

5+ years working with version control systems like Bitbucket or Git.

Solid background in DevOps practices and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Strong communicator who can move between technical deep dives and business-level discussions.
Preferred Extras

Experience with project tools like Jira, TEMPO, Bitbucket, or Confluence.

Familiarity with emerging technologies and applying them in enterprise contexts.
