Years Experience: Sr Manager 14+ years of total experience, 8-12 years of Endur experience/relevant experience, 3+ years of supervisory experience.

What will your day look like? As an Associate Director Product Manager Security, you will:

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and strategy teams to define product goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead customer journey mapping and translate user research into actionable product strategies.
  • Drive feature prioritization and create a clear roadmap aligned with business value.
  • Facilitate ideation workshops to uncover customer pain points and potential solutions.
  • Build iterative product hypotheses based on user testing, feedback, and market analysis.

You will be a good fit as an Associate Director Product Manager Security if you have:

  • Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager designation or Certified Agile Product Manager (preferred but not required).
  • Deep expertise with OpenLink Endur v16+ and a strong grasp of Crude & Refined products trading and risk management.
  • Experience in derivatives (futures, swaps, options) across US and Europe energy markets.
  • Strong background in deal modeling, C-Motion, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and P&L reporting within Endur.
  • Ability to guide solution design, manage stakeholder relationships, and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments, supporting multiple initiatives, and coaching peers on best practices.
