• Reason why it s open/important: still in the very infancy stages of putting together a standardized, SOX compliant process for release management. Right now don t have a process, do a lot of ad hoc changes, emergency quick fixes in production. Want to get to more standard release schedule. A lot of moving pieces in NA, UKA EMA are more mature. Tend not to have a real standardized process either.
• Able to release management from lower environments to production environments, technical of all aspects of Oracle Cloud application.
• Familiar with release management protocol, change advisory processes, preferably someone that has had experience dealing with sox auditing.
• As they progress through process, more of a senior role, need good technical skills. Environments are complicated. Need support on NA, UK EMEA side. Environments are not set up the same.
• Have OCI and OIC, 3rd party vendor does those updates. Want someone who can coordinate with them.
• Organize their process, drive implementation from the lower environments to production environment.
• Currently live in Canada, UK, EMEA, APAC last remaining region is US.
• Ideally looking for full time employee have done contract to hire and that model works for them.
• CST EST preferable, don t need to be in the office. If they had two candidates, would lean towards someone local but not a requirement.
• Interview process: 3 rounds
