Job Title : Ecommerce Business Systems Analyst
Richardson TX
Duration: 6+months Contract to hire
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, understand, and translate business
requirements into user stories or use cases for technical teams.
Analyze requirements to enhance eCommerce websites and optimize user experiences.
Provide functional expertise and insights during design discussions.
Design user interaction models, workflows, and interfaces to ensure intuitive user
experiences.
Effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, clear manner.
Stay current with industry best practices and adhere to relevant standards.
Manage relationships with both internal and external partners to drive project success.
Ensure solutions align with the organizations long-term IT strategy.
Support feasibility studies, project assessments, and the initiation phase, including
scoping, risk management, and estimation.
Participate in testing activities to ensure high-quality solutions that meet requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Hybris eCommerce is preferred.
SAP experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate complex technical solutions and opportunities to non-technical
decision-makers.
Experience delivering product demos when needed.
Familiarity with Agile project execution.
Basic project management experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on gathering requirements, system
configuration, and customization.
