Description
  • TEKsystems' client is seeking a PMO Analyst/Project Manager with 4 + years of experience working in a large-scale PMO environment supporting program/project managers. This role will encompass heavy communications, documentation, reporting, meeting minutes, PowerPoint creation, etc.
  • Creating and coordinating PowerPoint decks
  • Consolidating updates across multiple workstreams into leadership-ready formats
  • Attending meetings, taking notes, tracking actions, and following up on deliverables

High-Level Description:
The role owner will support with the following work activities:
Compile updates from multiple stakeholders that include, but are not limited to: project status, risks, issues, change request, governance documentation, OKRs, action trackers, and roadmaps.
Analyze program data to identify trends, interdependencies, and opportunities, supporting the development of project prioritization, and assisting with providing visibility.
Conduct quality assurance review for PMO governance documentation and recommending process improvements. Support with new process documentation, tool improvement and personalization and dashboard creation with different tools and systems.
Manipulate metrics and data to drive insights on program performance, portfolio health, value creation, process adherence and others.
Maintain dashboards and SharePoint, creating visuals to explain data.
Assist with vendor management, commercial process, and program financial reconciliation.
Support with onboarding new associates on PMO evolving processes.
Create data analytics/reporting.
Assist in creating a sustainable program in data analytics.
Develop analytic decisions.
Overall PMO Support - supporting projects in all phases of execution.
Manage execution of actioned items per Steering committee meetings; ensure allocated resources are completing work.
Track and manage projects in queues while working closely with Program/project managers to assist when needed.
High collaboration with global and regional team
Desired but not required: ServiceNow + PowerBI

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
