Job Details

We are seeking an experienced EDI Eclipse Specialist (5–10 years) to support, maintain, and enhance our EDI and B2B integration environment. This role requires strong hands-on experience with Eclipse EDI processes, trading partner setup, mapping, and ERP integration. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication in fast-paced operational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and enhance EDI integrations within the Eclipse EDI environment.

Set up trading partners, communication methods (SFTP/FTPS/AS2), and document exchange workflows.

Build, update, and troubleshoot EDI maps (X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON).

Monitor daily EDI transactions, perform error recovery, and handle exceptions.

Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure seamless data flow between Eclipse and backend systems.

Analyze and resolve data, mapping, communication, and workflow issues.

Work with business users, trading partners, and vendors to gather requirements and maintain compliance.

Document partner specs, mapping rules, workflows, and process guidelines.

Improve EDI processes through standardization and automation.

Participate in upgrades, onboarding initiatives, and project-based work.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–10 years of hands-on experience with EDI systems in high-volume environments.

Strong knowledge of EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON.

Deep experience with Eclipse EDI processes (distribution/manufacturing/ERP workflows).

Proven experience setting up and supporting trading partners.

Expertise with AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS communication protocols.

Strong understanding of order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex EDI issues.

SQL knowledge for backend data validation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

Experience with tools like Cleo Clarify, Cleo Harmony, IBM Sterling B2Bi, IBM ITX, Boomi, or MuleSoft.

Familiarity with API-based integration and JSON workflows.

Experience working in Agile or ticket-driven environments.

Knowledge of ERP systems commonly integrated with Eclipse.

Understanding of Transportation & Logistics EDI documents.
