RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a large retail client, is looking for a Senior Product Manager to work onsite 4 days a week in San Francisco, Rocklin or possibly San Jose.

Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning product duties from start to finish. You will consult and work with the business stakeholders, project managers, architects, development teams, and others to gather and define, then develop and document client requirements as both functional specifications then translate them to technical requirements to ensure successful deployment of deliverables. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will support order management, care center operations and order payments.

Responsibilities:
* Audit, collaborate & share insights with B2B and brand teams
* Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization to provide product and user experience solutions to meet the business needs
* Develops high level business requirements and translates them into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications
* Prepares requirements, specifications, business process and recommendations
* Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures
* Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative and practical ways
* Strong knowledge of product management best practices, functional design and application delivery methodology

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates who are strong in eCommerce/B2B, but have less experience with product requirements (2-3 years) are still of interest
* Coming from a technical environment - working with engineers (not coming from the business/operations side)
* Strong understanding of eCommerce operations & B2B landscape
* Experience working in product management & using analytics/UX tools to build a tool from start to finish
* Strong analytical skills and able to use data and analytical mindset to provide recommendations towards product vision
* Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Figma & SQL background are all preferred, but not required
* Retail experience is preferred, but not required
* Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications.
* Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira.
* Experience is MS Office Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
