JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong collaboration skills
Collaborate with Business Owners. Product Owners, IT Owners and IT Leads to define the vision, scope, cost, schedule and timelines for technical and functional delivery of digital capabilities and features in Oracle Fusion.
Experience creating and presenting detailed internal and external status reports and tailoring reports appropriately for presentation to the Executive Level.
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing successful, large-scale complex information technology projects.
Experience managing system development efforts including all aspects of software development
Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop creative solutions in a technical environment.
Ability to perform Peer Reviews
Ability to create Process Flows and Architecture Diagrams
Ability to train other team members
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, IT or related field.
Agile Scrum Master Certification preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing complex enterprise level and/or multi-departmental projects to completion.
Arizona remote candidates preferred. Phoenix / Scottsdale and surrounding areas desired to attend In office to attend critical meetings. National remote candidates can be considered if the candidate posses large complex strategic initiatives that support marketing, sales and customer service digital transformation projects.
