Oracle QA Testing Lead

Job Title: Oracle QA Testing Lead Life Sciences
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 12 Months (extendable)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Testing Lead to oversee Oracle application testing within the Life Sciences domain. The candidate must have strong QA leadership skills, deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM), and experience managing testing cycles in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11, GxP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle application implementations and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to Life Sciences (GxP/CSV/Part 11).
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and SMEs to define test requirements and traceability.
• Manage end-to-end test lifecycle test design, test data setup, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, Functional, Business Analysts) to drive quality deliverables.
• Conduct UAT planning, coordination, and support.
• Define test metrics, dashboards, and provide regular status reports.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years in Oracle Application QA, with 3+ years in a QA Lead role.
• Deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or EBS modules like Finance, SCM, or HCM.
• Strong understanding of GxP/CSV and FDA validation methodologies.
• Familiar with automated testing (e.g., Selenium, Tosca, OATS), though validation is largely manual.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Test Management: HP ALM, Jira/Xray, Zephyr
• Automation (where applicable): Selenium, Tosca, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS)
• Validation: GAMP5 methodology, 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
