we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and participate in RFP creation, evaluation, and vendor selection for GIS and IT initiatives.
- Lead the planning and execution of a GIS modernization project.
- Report on the status of projects and performance of personnel.
- Collaborate across departments to improve GIS workflows, data accuracy, and integration with enterprise systems.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and vendors through status reports, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain a tracking mechanism to ensure IT investments and projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, including working collaboratively with diverse teams, managing challenging situations with professionalism, and exercising patience and sound judgment.
Mandatory Skills: N/A
Desirable Skills:
- Experience managing GIS modernization projects (e.g., migrations to ArcGIS Pro/Online and Esri Utility Network).
- Strong project management skills for planning, execution, and reporting.
- Technical GIS expertise.
- Experience leading RFP processes, vendor selection, and management.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and handle complex team dynamics with effective communication, patience, and adaptability
