Job Title: Scrum Master / Kanban Manager

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Kanban Manager to lead multiple agile teams supporting enterprise infrastructure initiatives . This high-visibility role requires a hands-on leader who can drive agile maturity, manage delivery across multiple teams, and ensure alignment with business and strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and servant-leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at risk management, and can foster collaboration and accountability across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage 4 5 Scrum or Kanban teams across one or more functional departments.
Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to ensure sprint and project goals are met.
Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational strategy.
Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments and risks to ensure team focus and productivity.
Establish and monitor team velocity, sprint cadence, and release plans.
Oversee multiple related initiatives to maintain program alignment and strategic support.
Track and report on key project metrics, milestones, and delivery outcomes.
Lead by example in a servant-leadership capacity, promoting collaboration and innovation.
Contribute to the development of Agile best practices, templates, tools, and policies.
Facilitate team ceremonies, manage day-to-day activities, and coordinate resource allocation.
Drive successful execution of infrastructure-related projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation per organizational and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams within an infrastructure or enterprise environment.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and reporting.
Ability to structure and organize complex project data effectively.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience.
A passion for servant leadership, change management, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Preferred
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Desired
