Some Lab Management knowledge
Project Management experience
Knowledge about electronics lab work, including rework, soldering, assembly tasks, etc.
Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, including end-to-end delivery oversight.
Ability to coordinate and manage onsite/offshore teams, with flexibility to occasionally work in IST time zone for meetings and collaboration.
Strong experience in Statement of Work (SOW) creation and review, ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives.
Expertise in project and expense planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
Good to have: Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant Project Management certifications. |
