Job Description:

Data Analyst Needed

18 month contract

Three days a week onsite in Summit, NJ

Compensation: $30-40 an hour

The NA Network Strategy Analyst is responsible for analysis in support of network optimization and siting for the North American Supply Chain. The Analyst will be responsible for evaluating SC initiatives impacting the network design, and ensure the initiative is aligned to our overall network strategy. Additionally, you will improve profitability through cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements on a cross-functional basis:

Key Responsibilities

Analyze network performance data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for network optimization and improvement

Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management

Actively assess manufacturing, deliver & trade customization network design for supply chain risk, and evaluate against the North America strategic roadmap for developing and implementing inventory policies, standards, guidelines, technology, and procedures to meet customer service and inventory targets.

Communicate network strategy and performance to stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve network strategy

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of related experience in operations/E2E supply chain management

Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, facilities, distribution, engineering and maintenance

Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive network optimization and improvement

Experience in cost reduction, cost avoidance, and process improvements.

Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
