Job Description:
Lead global functional teams supporting ERP Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, etc.).
Work as SME to resolve any major bottleneck or issue by providing the required solutions.
Define and enforce governance models for incident, problem, and change management.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams across regions.
Ensure consistent functional support and configuration across geographies.
Oversee resolution of complex functional issues and escalations.
Drive quarterly release testing, regression validation, and new feature adoption.
Collaborate with business units to harmonize processes and leverage ERP best practices.
Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Lead fit-gap analysis and functional impact assessments for change requests.
Maintain global functional documentation including SOPs, configuration guides, and process maps.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data privacy regulations.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops for regional functional teams.
Promote knowledge sharing and build functional capability across support teams.
Experience in ERP transformation or modernization programs.
