Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Recruiting modules and related functionalities. This role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    • Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules, including Recruiting and Onboarding.
    • Implement Oracle Journeys and Recruiting Booster features.
  • Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:
    • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions.
    • Conduct workshops and design playback sessions to validate configurations.
  • Integration & Data Migration:
    • Work with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other tools for system integrations.
    • Support data migration activities during implementation.
  • Testing & Deployment:
    • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including testing and go-live support.
  • Training & Support:
    • Provide end-user training and documentation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Project Management Support:
    • Assist in status reporting and project plan updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
    • At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionality (candidate management, recruitment workflows, reporting).
    • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, HR Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Certifications:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
