GoAhead Solutions has a great opportunity for a Salesforce ServiceMax Architect and Technical Lead. This would be a Six to Twelve month contract to start out with extension. This position is fully remote.
Job Description:
We are seeking a couple of highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Architect and Team Lead with a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in ServiceMax and a demonstrated background in software architecture. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing ServiceMax solutions coupled with a proven ability to mentor and drive best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and processes.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into precise technical specifications.
-Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
-Maintain awareness of ServiceMax product enhancements, Salesforce ecosystem updates, and emerging technologies to ensure strategic alignment.
-Oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the ServiceMax environment.
-Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience (design, configuration, and implementation).
-Strong expertise in software architecture and system integration.
-Salesforce platform architecture experience is highly desirable.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proven success in cross-functional collaboration.
-Excellent communication ( fluency in professional English, both written and spoken) and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical direction.
