Job Title:- Devops Engineer with WIX

Location:- Dallas,TX (Hybrid)
Duration:- Contract
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain installers for thick client applications using Visual Studio and WiX.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate installer creation into the CI/CD pipeline.
Ensure installers are robust, reliable, and user-friendly.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to installer creation and deployment.
Maintain documentation for installer processes and configurations.
Continuously improve installer creation processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Work closely with QA teams to ensure installers meet quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in creating installers for thick client applications using Visual Studio and WiX.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other installer creation tools and technologies.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
