Job Details
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture and migration.
- Proficiency in TOGAF framework for defining enterprise architectures.
- Experience with data mapping, integration design (API-led or ETL), and data modeling.
- Experience in cloud architecture design (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and HIPAA.
- Experience in documenting Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery and architecture design of the existing IT ecosystem.
- Develop TOGAF-aligned reference architectures for current and target states.
- Define and document integration patterns, APIs, and data flow diagrams.
- Map data from legacy CRM systems to the target cloud platform.
- Establish migration strategies, sequencing, validation, and rollback plans.
- Conduct risk, security, and compliance assessments.
- Present architectural recommendations and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership.
