Supply Chain Specialist

Genesis10 is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist role. This is a 12+ month contract position located in Milwaukee, WI.

Compensation: $24.00 - 28.00 per hour, depending on skill and experience level.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase orders using SAP.
• Assist in sourcing, selecting, and purchasing materials and services.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve order issues.
• Track order status and update relevant systems and reports.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
• Support the supply chain team with administrative tasks and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field (entry level candidates encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems a plus (training provided).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
