Job Details

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Contract Administrator to join a growing and successful team located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator:
  • Oversees and manages construction administration phase for multiple projects
  • Directs Construction Administration activities on projects, monitors projects for construction document compliance.
  • Establishes project procedures, problem solving activities, budget reviews and certification needed. Initiates document revisions and project reviews, and processes changes orders.
  • Receives and distributes test reports.
  • Receives, analyzes, and responds to all form of construction documents
  • Prepares punch-lists and close-out procedures, and performs post-construction services and investigations as needed.


Qualifications of the Contract Administrator:
  • 5+ years of construction Administrative experience in the AEC/MEP (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) field
  • Traveling frequently in your own vehicle to client sites weekly.
  • Can have PE, Bachelors, or no degree with experience.
  • Licensure or tradesmen accreditation within any related CSI Division is preferred.


Compensation of the Contract Administrator:
  • Salary range: $100,000-$120,000
