Position: SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Functional Lead to drive the functional workstreams of an SAP S/4HANA migration program, with a focus on ECC to S/4HANA transitions. The ideal candidate will bring strong process knowledge across SAP modules, deep expertise in S/4HANA functionalities, and hands-on experience in SAP migration projects. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure a smooth and successful migration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and process mapping for SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives.
- Work with business and IT teams to gather and validate requirements for ECC to S/4HANA migration.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and support reengineering of business processes to align with S/4HANA best practices.
- Act as the primary liaison between functional and technical teams during blueprinting, realization, testing, and cutover phases.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Lead functional unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide guidance on Fiori app utilization and new functionalities in S/4HANA.
- Assist with training, change management, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of SAP functional experience in one or more core modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, PM).
- At least 2 full-cycle SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects as a Functional Lead or Consultant.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, simplification items, and delta functionalities.
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology and business process redesign.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
