Partner Success Team - Cards Catalog
As a Partner Success team member, you play a critical role in helping to plan and operationalize some of Company s most important business and revenue driving initiatives. You act as a liaison within the organization, bridging the gap between the company's strategic goals and execution. You are a valued member of the business and are embedded within our verticals to deliver a win-win-win for our members, our internal horizontal and vertical counterparts, and our partners. You will build, run, and iterate on enterprise programs that drive business value and revenue throughout the lifecycle of a product. You utilize your technical domain expertise and industry knowledge to advise on the feasibility and practicality of new product initiatives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: data quality, program and project management, vendor management, partner regulatory compliance, product operations, reporting, analytics, and invoicing. As a Partner Success team member you have the opportunity to work in a revenue generating vertical: Credit Cards.
You should have a high sense of ownership, a natural interest in continuously improving the way business processes work, and possess a strong ability to communicate technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Minimum Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in operations, analytics, finance or similar field (experience in Internet, technology or high growth companies preferred)
3+ years of project management experience running complex, cross-functional projects
Extremely proficient in Excel and Google Workspace
Proficient in SQL (different join types, subqueries, aggregate functions, case expressions, etc.)
Has experience successfully communicating up, down, and across tech and non-technical organizations, including distilling complex business ideas into simple internal projects and processes
Can navigate with ambiguity - strong proactive communication and prioritization skills with the ability to work
Preferred Qualifications:
Self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner with high standards for accuracy
A rigorous analytical mind able to effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
Previous experience improving existing processes and creating new processes to meet changing business needs
Ability and comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, business units, and senior leadership
Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and financial partners
What you'll do:
Operations and Vendor Program Management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Establish ongoing quality assurance and quality control around owned programs
Own or contribute to technical and product requirement documents and a subject matter expert.
Intake, execute and/or disperse all information related to credit cards.
Manage and monitor performance of all vendor relationships.
Directly contribute to program efforts including data quality assurance, vendor performance, contract and invoice management, and risk management.
Develop internal communications on new and changing product requirements and ensure adherence.
Support prioritization meetings between Product and Partnerships to ensure alignment and velocity of initiatives.
Support program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to organizational leadership.
Process Excellence, Business Technology and Automation
Develop ongoing process documentation practices and maintain documentation related to owned areas.
Help establish and automate recurring processes towards efficient and scalable solutions using the Partner Success workload and project management tools.
Develop methods to identify, monitor, and remedy data gaps and inconsistencies.
Support creation of standardized reporting frameworks to quantify accuracy.
Support development and prioritization of the Partner Success internal admin tooling.
