MDM Lead Developer_ Newark, DE- {Need Local- In person Interview}

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of MDM solutions using platforms such as Informatica MDM, IBM InfoSphere, or Reltio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams to gather requirements and define MDM architecture and data governance policies.
• Develop and maintain data models, match/merge rules, survivorship logic, and workflows within the MDM platform.
• Integrate MDM solutions with other enterprise applications via APIs, ETL tools, and messaging systems.
• Drive data quality, standardization, and metadata management practices across systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to MDM developers and junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM platform issues, and support performance tuning and optimization.
• Participate in data governance and data stewardship programs to ensure effective use of master data.
• Maintain documentation of MDM architecture, data flow diagrams, and technical specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in Master Data Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, IBM MDM, Reltio, or similar.
• Strong understanding of MDM domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.), data governance, and data quality principles.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of data integration tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, etc.) and ETL best practices.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for data integration and exchange.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
