Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Buffalo, NY Hybrid
Duration: 12+ months contract
Job Overview:
The Business Systems Analyst will play a key role in managing and coordinating various phases of the testing lifecycle. This position requires the candidate to collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and full system deployment. Strong skills in writing detailed business requirements, test cases, and defect tracking are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on testing and requirements management.
Lead and coordinate the System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and full end-to-end testing phases..
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure all testing requirements are identified and prioritized.
Coordinate with testing teams to create, review, and manage test plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and document detailed business requirements.
Develop clear, comprehensive test scripts and test cases based on business requirements and system specifications.
Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Trello.
