Job Title: ServiceNow Software Engineer (Contingent Workforce)
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Software Engineer to join our team on a contingent basis. In this role, you will consult on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives, with a focus on implementing ServiceNow's Generative AI capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that support our Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on AI capabilities.
  • Analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client personnel to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and track measurable outcomes to evaluate the success of implemented solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field (including consulting, military, or academic experience).
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Proven experience implementing native AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow Generative AI or similar AI-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and measure success metrics for technical implementations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
