Micron Idaho Semiconductor Manufacturing (Triton) LLC
Support fabrication processing, improve process quality, work on yield and efficiency improvements, cost reduction, as well as resolve manufacturing line problems. Maintain safety training and act in accordance with safety and environmental sustainability guidelines. Resolve yield, quality, defect and equipment related issues. Apply SPC, FDC, and 8D methodology to identify, diagnose and resolve process issues. Analyze data using various application and engineering knowledge to make critical process decisions. Provide troubleshooting support for complex process issues. Coordinate and lead meetings; track action items and provide resources for timely closure of actions. Perform project work to optimize wafer processing.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field. Position requires education or experience in:
1. SPC and design of experiments;
2. Scripting, programming and visualization tools, including Matlab, Microsoft Suite;
3. Data intuition and data visualization skills;
4. Data collection, warehousing systems, data analytics, and data cleansing;
5. Process flow related to area equipment.
