Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer/SME/Technical Specialist- Senior

Description:
Typical Experience: 60-84 months
This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Microsoft 365 and the multiple efforts served from it. This position will be part of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Tier 3 group of the client Service Delivery division. Primary duties of this position will be to serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) and product specialist for Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration tools.
Required/Desired Skills
- Extensive exp with Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform; information protection, and AvePoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams
- Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues;manage incident, problem,configuration, change management processes efficiently
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Copilot experience
