Job Details

Job Title: SailPoint IDM Developer (Junior-Level)
Location: 100% Remote
Work Hours: Must be available during EST hours

Overview:

We're looking for a Junior SailPoint IDM Developer (2 4 years experience) to join a growing Identity team as they evolve their development and operational model. This is a development-focused role, not production support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing SailPoint IDM development initiatives

  • Analyze logs and identify root causes for failures

  • Support the team by contributing to both development and light support tasks

  • Grow into more advanced responsibilities within the SailPoint ecosystem

  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams

Requirements:

  • 2 4 years of total experience, with at least 1 2 years in SailPoint IDM (not IIQ)

  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts

  • Ability to read/debug logs and support basic troubleshooting

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the platform

  • Availability to work US Eastern Time Zone hours
