Director - Information Security

What does a successful Director of Information Security do at Fiserv?
You will maintain the organization's cyber security governance framework and controls and ensure security policies and procedures are effectively implemented and align with organizational objectives. This role requires strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and expertise in cyber security and governance. The director promotes a culture of security compliance by engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels through exceptional leadership and communication skills.

What you will do:

• Drive information security governance for risk and controls and support. organizational objectives including cybersecurity policy management, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and audits.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for risk remediation and compliance.
• Report on the state of information security, governance, risks, and compliance to senior leadership.
• Identify cybersecurity risks early in SDLC to improve overall security posture for applications and Infrastructure.
• Communicate security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve security awareness and promote a culture of security compliance by driving and tracking employee cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and security frameworks.

What you will need to have:

• 10+ years' experience in developing, implementing, and managing security policies, frameworks, and controls.
• 5+ years' experience in cyber governance for risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge of application, infrastructure and cloud cybersecurity domain
• Bachelor's degree in information security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field; master's degree preferred, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

• Knowledge of best practices and current trends in cybersecurity.
• Fintech / Banking / Payment domain experience will be preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC) are highly desirable.

Salary Range

$141,000.00 - $225,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
