Job Title: Business Analyst with Data Governance

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals with hands-on expertise in implementing data governance processes using Collibra and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operationalizing governance standards within federated or decentralized environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation Plan Execution

  • Execute tasks and deliverables in alignment with the approved data governance implementation roadmap.

  • Develop standard operating procedures, detailed workflows, and supporting documentation.

  • Establish and manage coordination and escalation processes across governance domains.

Process and Template Creation

  • Design standardized templates to support data stewardship activities across governance pillars.

  • Create governance workflows for term approval, metadata management, and data quality oversight.

  • Develop domain-specific governance playbooks and maturity assessment frameworks.

Operational Enablement

  • Design and implement training materials and certification programs for data stewards.

  • Create governance performance metrics frameworks and monitoring dashboards.

  • Develop stakeholder communication templates and engagement materials.

Execution and Adoption Support

  • Implement the governance framework and support organizational change and engagement efforts.

  • Build and manage governance champion networks and feedback mechanisms.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business SMEs to embed governance standards into operational workflows.

  • Produce comprehensive documentation across all Data Management & Governance pillars.

  • Deliver and facilitate training and mentoring programs aligned with the implementation strategy.

  • Implement standardized data requirements and cross-domain coordination protocols.

  • Develop automation workflows for governance activities and compliance monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in executing data governance implementation projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Collibra for workflow and metadata governance.

  • Working knowledge of Snowflake's governance and access control capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional, distributed teams.

  • Experience operating in federated or decentralized governance models.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in configuring and customizing governance tools such as Collibra based on business requirements.

  • Familiarity with workflow automation and governance orchestration.

  • Understanding of audit and compliance practices in data governance initiatives.
