Senior Enterprise Risk Manager

Are you looking for a Senior Enterprise Risk Management position? We are currently working with a financial institute who is looking for someone to come in a build out their enterprise risk management program. This will be a very hands-on role that will require building risk assessments, standing up risk intake processes and building/transforming the program. Requires an on-site presence 2-3 days a week.

This is a great opportunity to build a program from scratch with support from all parties in the company. To be successful, you need to have already built out an enterprise risk management program in the past and be able to be hands on in ERM. Knowledge of common frameworks in a must as well (NIST, ISO, etc.). If you are looking for a new challenge to build a program from the ground up and are comfortable with working with entities across the entire business, this role would be a good fit for you. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in enterprise risk management
• Previous experience building an enterprise risk management program from the ground up
• Relevant university degree
• Experience in SOC 2 and ISO
• Solid written and communication skills

• Design and Implementation
• Security Awareness training
