Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. * Participate in Team activities, Design discussions, Stand up meetings and planning Reviews with
3. * Participate in requirement meetings and fully understand/document the needs of the Business
4. owners and stakeholders
5. * Responsible for multiple applications and involved in the analysis, design, development, testing,
6. deployment & support of the ODM .Net based applications
7. * Serves as the .Net and SharePoint SME, ensures adoption and adherence to solution best-
9. * Conduct and/or participate in solution design reviews to verify that design meets quality
10. standards and functional/technical requirements.
11. * Implement all aspects of application development coding, caching mechanisms, security,
12. encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, workflow
13. automation, UI/UX design, documentation, and testing.
14. * Diagnose system defects and trace problematic system behavior to the origin source code.
15. * Use documented best practices to ensure systems are developed in a consistent manner that
16. will allow for high performance and scalability.
17. * Create Solution Job-Aids/How-To Guides, mentor/train State staff
18. * Work with vendors (State or external resources) in tuning and optimizing solution performance
19. and improving reliability.
20. * Establish priorities & follow through on projects, paying close attention to detail with minimal
22. * Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED Skill Sets:

1. * 12+ years of developer experience using front-end application code utilizing modern web
2. development technologies like HTML5, CSS, Java script, JQuery, Bootstrap and front-end
3. development framework like Knockout.
4. * 12+ years of experience with .Net Framework including Microsoft C#/.Net Framework.
5. * 3+ years of MS-SharePoint development experience (MS-SharePoint 2016, MS-SharePoint 2013
6. Application/Solution development).
7. * 6+ years of experience using Relational databases like MS SQL Server/Oracle using ORMs,
8. writing queries & stored procedures.
9. * 6+ years of experience delivering SOA solutions by integrating applications and services (any
10. combination of: WSDL/Schema/SOAP/REST).
11. * 5+ years of experience working with and/or leading project development teams.
12. * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft TFS and Application Configuration.
13. * 3+ years of experience with SCRUM/Agile Development practices.
14. * 3+ years of experience building & setup of development environments and management of IIS
16. * Development experience using SharePoint Designer, Nintex Workflow, and InfoPath
18. * O365/SharePoint Online site design, creation, development and administration experience.
19. * Required excellent written and oral communication skills with technical and business teams.
20. * Required ability to propose, document, and implement software project lifecycle solutions (software and documentation).
21. * Effective team player in a fast paced and rapid delivery environment.

Required Education: BS/BA degree or combination of education & experience
