Job Description:

Pay Range: $75hr - $80hr

Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Cash Candidateagement within the S/4HANA Finance Transformation project.
  • Requirement Analysis: CollaboXX with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.
  • System Configuration: Configure SAP Cash Candidateagement modules, including bank account. XXgn solutions that maximize out of the box features of the product and minimize customizations. Provide technical guidance to product owners, functional teams, testing teams, compliance and other development team members
  • Integration: Ensure smooth integration with SAP modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Kyriba as the link between SAP and banks for payments and statements.
  • Documentation: Create Functional XXgn Docs (FDD's), Functional Specifications (to address Fit-gaps via RICEFW developments). Ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for development work
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
  • Change Candidateagement: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Post-Go-Live Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Finance, with at least 5 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Cash Candidateagement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with experience in Seed Accounting being a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Cash Candidateagement, and related modules. Experience with SAP FICO, Treasury, and integration with Kyriba (preferred)
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance or Cash Candidateagement is highly desirable.
  • Travel: Be flexible to travel to Client place if needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic understanding and knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
