Must-Have Qualifications
- Sales Lifecycle Expertise:
5 7 years working across Quoting, Billing, and Invoicing. Strong understanding of data models, limitations, and best practices. - CRM & System Integration:
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ tools, and cross-system integrations for Quote-to-Cash solutions. - Requirements & Documentation Mastery:
Creates high-quality process maps, user stories, functional specs, and documentation with strong clarity and traceability. - Systems Thinking:
Anticipates upstream and downstream impacts, ensuring cohesive architecture and continuity. - Data Storytelling & Influence:
Translates complex data into compelling narratives to drive business and technical alignment. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Applies structured analysis and metrics to validate scalable and efficient solutions. - AI & Automation Awareness:
