This role is around Smartsheet platform administration and vendor management operations. So the second is critical, the first preferred or another similar platformrequired. This is NOT simply a data entry role, hence compensation.
Top 5 Must Haves
- Data Entry experience, efficient and accurate (preferably Oracle Procurement Requests/Orders)
- Experience with analyzing data in Excel
- SaaS System Administration experience (preferably Smartsheet)
- Attention to detail
Ability to assimilate various data sources, perform research, self-starter, perform data analysis and cleanup

About the Role Our team is seeking an individual with a broad skill set to support two critical functions: Smartsheet platform administration and vendor management operations. This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organized, customer service-oriented, and comfortable working across systems like Smartsheet, Oracle, and Magnit vendor management system. The contractor will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting end users, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Smartsheet and Smartsheet Resource Management platforms.
- Manage user access, permissions, and licensing.
- Support integration of time tracking data with Oracle Projects to generate project actuals.
- Interface with Magnit VMS to ensure accurate contractor time reporting and data flow.
- Provide responsive, high-quality support to end users, troubleshooting issues and delivering training as needed.
- Audit and validate data quality using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data entry and analysis using data from Oracle, contracts, and invoices.
- Create and facilitate purchase requisitions and receipts in Oracle.
- Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Configure and optimize dashboards, reports, and workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to support and train end users.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Proven experience administering SaaS applications, preferably Smartsheet Resource Management and Smartsheet.
- Strong background in time tracking systems and their integration with ERP tools like Oracle.
- Familiarity with vendor management systems, preferably Magnit.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation) and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
