Job Details

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing initiatives for retail accounting, merchandising, and supply chain systems. The role involves designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring solution quality, and driving continuous improvement across QA processes. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, planning, and execution of end-to-end testing strategies for retail accounting, merchandising, and supply chain systems. Define detailed test plans, scenarios, and data to ensure coverage across integration points and business processes. Validate financial postings, inventory movements, and master data setups for accuracy across upstream and downstream systems. Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure solution quality. Drive defect management, including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and timely resolution. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, test governance, and automation-ready test design. Support UAT planning and execution, including user readiness and environment preparedness. Monitor testing metrics, provide dashboards, and communicate status, risks, and impacts to stakeholders. Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and promote faster time-to-market with stable deployments. Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous learning within the testing team. Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience testing enterprise applications with strong exposure to retail accounting, merchandising, or supply chain domains. Hands-on experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of ERP or Oracle Retail applications (e.g., RMS, ReSA, ReIM). Proven ability to validate financial transactions, inventory flows, and master data setups. At least 5 years of experience leading QA teams and managing test cycles, UAT, and stakeholder coordination. Experience working in Agile environments and implementing testing best practices. Exposure to cloud-hosted applications or modern platform architectures (preferred). Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate business rules into testable scenarios. Experience with automation-ready test design or collaboration with automation teams (preferred). Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with retail systems such as RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RWMS, SIM, or equivalent platforms. Strong domain knowledge in retail accounting, financial postings, and supply chain flows (POs, shipments, receiving, invoicing). Proficiency with testing tools like JIRA, Zephyr, ALM, or qTest. Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting. Understanding of integration technologies (APIs, messaging, batch jobs, EDI) is a plus. Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. Education: Bachelors Degree
