Description: Roles and Responsibilities:
Compiling and distributing both electronically and manually a large number of chemical product files. Record-keeping, indexing, and scanning.
Reporting progress on internal and external inquiries. Handles communication with colleagues about planning and coordination. Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 months to complete, and the results are seen immediately or within 1 month.

Required qualifications:
The individual must
- possess very good, working knowledge of MS Office suite applications, Adobe Acrobat/Nuance PDF converter or similar applications;
- be willing to work with quite large size of data and be able to generate reports;
- have excellent file management skills,
- be able to manage well conflicting priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least several years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
Desired qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with FIFRA related tasks (State level labeling and registration) and OSHA's safety data sheets (SDS) is a plus.
