Senior Software Engineer Identity & Application Security Location: St. Paul, MN (Remote)

Role Overview
Client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Customer Identity & Application Security product team. This is a hands-on development role working on security and identity architecture in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for secure, scalable application development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, prototype, and implement secure, high-performance software solutions
Stay current with web technologies and recommend improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical leads
Troubleshoot complex issues and support production systems as needed
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Participate in weekend/after-hours system support as required
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in web development with technologies such as:
o Angular 4+, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JavaScript, CSS/SASS
Deep understanding of secure app development, design patterns, and full SDLC
Experience implementing Identity & Access Management using OIDC and SAML2 Assertions
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (especially AWS)
Experience with OKTA administration
Familiarity with modular, scalable app architecture and decoupled code
