AI/ML Developer

Day1 Onsite needed

Atlanta, GA (In-person interview required : Minneapolis, MN or Atlanta, GA)

Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years Software Engineering experience
  • 3+ years AI/ML experience (work or education)
  • AWS development experience, including AWS SageMaker
  • Agile SDLC & DevOps/DevSecOps background
  • Proficient in Python, R, Scala, or Spark
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit, etc.
  • Hands-on with NLP, sentiment analysis, classification, pattern recognition
  • Experience with VectorDBs and GenAI stack (prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, guardrails)
  • Experience training & maintaining LLMs and building production-grade AI solutions
  • Comfortable presenting to technical and business teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and scale AI solutions for customer & employee experiences
  • Partner with business and tech teams to identify and implement AI opportunities
  • Build and maintain AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and scalable applications
  • Ensure security, automation, and reliability in AI solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews
  • Monitor and improve AI performance, stability, and cost efficiency
  • Operate in Agile squads, own what you build, and support production systems
