The Camunda Fullstack Developer plays a critical role in the development and implementation of business process automation solutions utilizing the Camunda platform. This role combines both frontend and backend development capabilities, allowing developers to create seamless applications that enhance operational efficiency and facilitate effective decision-making. As organizations increasingly adopt process automation tools, the need for skilled fullstack developers who can navigate both the backend logic and frontend user interfaces becomes paramount. The Fullstack Developer will collaborate closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure that the applications provide user-friendly experiences while also meeting business requirements. Moreover, by integrating various technologies and frameworks, this position contributes significantly to the overall tech strategy of the enterprise, ensuring that the solutions developed are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business process models using Camunda BPM.
- Develop and maintain high-quality backend services in Java.
- Create user-friendly frontend experiences using modern frameworks.
- Integrate Camunda with existing enterprise applications and systems.
- Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements and define specifications.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security for deployed applications.
- Participate in peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines for deployment to cloud platforms.
- Implement monitoring and logging for production systems.

- Document system designs, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate within Agile teams, participating in sprint activities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Proficiency in Camunda BPM for business process modeling.
- Strong knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with database systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
