Role: Solution Architect (AWS / Cloud / AI) Location: FL, TX Duration: Long-Term Client: Sutherland AWS certification preferred

Must Haves
Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud including core services, use cases, and best practices
Experience with the C4 Model able to design and develop architectures and solution artifacts
Excellent collaboration and communication skills able to work with multiple stakeholders and tailor presentations for both technical and business audiences
Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus
AWS Certification is a plus (not mandatory)
SAP S/4 knowledge is a plus

Main Responsibilities
Develop solution designs in collaboration with business, enterprise architects, and engineering teams, ensuring successful implementation of business functions (e.g., Pricing, Order Capture, Invoice Management)
Design multi-channel consumable solutions (Web, Mobile, Chat)
Create detailed architecture diagrams and artifacts using the C4 model, covering functional requirements, data models, integrations, and UI, aligned with enterprise standards
Provide technical guidance and oversight during development to ensure architectural compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Core Technical Skills
Expertise in designing highly available, cloud-native services and applications on AWS
In-depth knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework
Experience with Search Platforms (Coveo or OpenSearch preferred) and Personalization engines
Understanding of SAP S/4, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integration, connectivity, monitoring, error handling, extensibility (optional)
Strong foundation in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) using Kafka, Pub/Sub, and APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)
Knowledge of security patterns and best practices for application development
Familiarity with agentic AI architectures, LLMs, and multi-agent systems
Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures
Ability to research, design, and advocate for new technologies that align with business goals and enterprise standards
