Must have facilities management experience / NYC Only / Middle School Facilities Director

A network of schools in Manhattan is looking for a superintendent to oversee day to day operations of it's middle school facilities. This will involve managing contractors and directing projects related to day to day maintenance and building improvements. We're looking for someone would would be comfortable working in a school environment, who's got experience managing projects related to HVAC, pluming, electrical and life safety systems.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience managing daily operations of building facilities for an organization.
• Experience overseeing contractors and building work professionals
• Experience coordinating projects related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other systems
