Pay Range: $28.00-$30.00
Duration: Contract- 6 month with possibility of extending
Full Time W2 with benefits

  • Location: 100% Onsite -Fort Worth, TX 76102
  • Contractor responsible for daily parking
  • Daily work hours: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

Job Overview:
As a Project Planning Analyst, you will collaborate with Major Construction Management to review and allocate resource needs for project construction schedules and critical maintenance requirements. You will coordinate resources among various entities and support a safe culture within the business unit. Additionally, you may assist with administrative requirements for the associated group.

Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and provide managerial support to the construction operations team to ensure safe and successful outcomes.
  • Maintain construction schedules to ensure reliability.
  • Proactively track prints necessary for project construction, ensuring timely receipt for successful project completion.
  • Monitor and represent construction interests in various meetings such as pre-construction, staff, and safety meetings.
  • Communicate effectively on overall project status and maintain relationships with multiple parties, both internal and external, to resolve potential customer issues.
  • Support construction management in emergency situations to restore power, assist with logistics, and perform other related duties as required.
  • Foster a positive work environment to maximize team effectiveness.
  • Track project documentation pre- and post-job, including data entry, asset commissioning, and print corrections using specific technology tools.
  • Work collaboratively in a team of cross-functional individuals.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, excellent negotiating skills, and the ability to influence others.
  • Consistently meet deadlines by multitasking and prioritizing work.
  • Quickly learn various software platforms, including MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Respond effectively and favorably to change, adjusting priorities without loss of productivity.
  • Perform all essential aspects and functions of the job and any other specific job requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues in public and private forums.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to assist with data management and other applications as required.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to comprehend and process information and respond to communications effectively.
