Job Description:
InfoSec Lead Analyst- Micro Segmentation - Illumio
The successful candidate will have responsibilities to design, deploy and maintain Network & Micro Segmentation through illumio. This encompasses illumio Policy Compute Engine (PCE), illumio SaaS and developing /deploying micro segmentation of applications and different environment using illumio. The Micro Segmentation lead analyst must partner with peer groups in design, deploy and maintain micro segmentation solutions and the business sectors to ensure a service-oriented organization that meets the business needs of a digital bank.
Responsibilities:
Working with Transformation Program Directors, Senior Architects, Steering Committees, CISO and CTI partners in delivering the transformational Programs
Working with Client's Cyber Security Lab, Architecture, Engineering to design, deploy and maintain micro segmentation solutions.
Interface and support Client's Security Architecture Council and Working Groups building strong rapport across teams.
Support Client's adoption of cloud continuum and holistic digital transformation.
Create automation of repetitive tasks like Software Install/upgrades, DB patching, OS Patching, Server build using Shell/Python scripting
Create project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services.
Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary.
Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to junior engineers and operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Contribute to technical direction and strategic decisions by prepare, discuss and implement strategic solutions to avoid repeated issue.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Banking, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
3+ years of relevant cybersecurity and/or IT experience
Leadership roles across technology or cybersecurity leading large programs or transformational activities.
Experience in Micro and/or Network segmentation products like illumio, zScaler, Palo-Alto
Proven strong knowledge of Cyber Security solutions and products focusing on Cloud, Firewall, Network/ Macro/ Micro Segmentation.
Thorough understanding of industry and corporate technology standards for Cyber Security services
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work with cross functional teams to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and oral communication as well as strong presentation skills to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with Linux/Unix administration is plus.
Strong knowledge of Proxy functionality and Proxy features
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred.
