Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $41.00 - $45.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Supply Chain Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing supply chain performance through proactive problem-solving, robust data analysis, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of supply chain analytics projects, from initial analysis through implementation and follow-up.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex supply chain issues by applying strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
- Analyze large data sets using advanced Excel functions, SQL queries, and Power BI dashboards to extract actionable insights.
- Monitor, manage, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning versus actualization, support cumulative planning, and enhance information flow.
- Drive issues to closure with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to delivering results.
Qualifications:
- 2 overall years of experience in the field.
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and see projects through to completion.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data visualization).
- Basic working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards.
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Power BI
- Minimum 2 years experience Excel - data, vlookup, pivot
- Minimum 2 years experience with SQL
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, including planning vs. actualization, cumulative planning, and information flow.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Proactiveness and learning acumen, along with a passion for data analytics, testing and process improvement
