Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to support time-sensitive Open Enrollment activities for our clients.
- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module, with the ability to make configuration updates, perform validations, and ensure smooth processing during Open Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Open Enrollment configuration and validation activities.
- Make necessary updates to benefit plan setups, rates, eligibility profiles, and life event configurations.
- Perform testing and troubleshoot issues related to enrollment, eligibility, and rates.
- Work collaboratively with client and offshore teams to ensure timely completion of Open Enrollment tasks.
- Provide functional guidance and documentation for configuration changes and updates.
- Assist in validating data and resolving benefit enrollment discrepancies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 7 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with a focus on Benefits module.
- Proven experience handling Open Enrollment configurations and year-end benefits activities.
- Strong understanding of benefit plan design, eligibility, rates, and life events.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud release updates and testing cycles.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
