Job Title: Tech Lead (DocuSign CLM)
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia
Job Type: Contract
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of contract lifecycle management workflows using DocuSign CLM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience creating and configuring automated CLM processes, integrating DocuSign with business systems, and ensuring end-to-end contract management efficiency.
Required:
- Proven experience as a DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of DocuSign CLM workflow designer, clause library, agreement templates, and process configuration.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and business process automation.
- Experience working with DocuSign APIs, Webhooks, and custom integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP integrations (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP).
- Knowledge of middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Zapier).
- Experience with Agile project methodologies and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Certifications:
- Must: DocuSign CLM Workflow Developer certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Optional:
- DocuSign Certified Administrator
- DocuSign Certified Developer
