Job Summary Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
- Act as a key liaison between business teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) and technical teams for Salesforce CPQ & Billing solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Partner with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and vendors to implement and configure CPQ and Billing.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and recommend system/process improvements.
- Design and optimize quoting, pricing, product bundling, order management, invoicing, and subscription billing processes.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and test cases.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
- Support change management, user training, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, security standards, and internal governance.
- Utilize knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, subscription-based models, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
