Job Title: Manager, Full-Stack Software Engineer CL5
Location: Remote
Role Overview
As a Manager, Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will play a dual role of hands-on technical leader and mentor. You will work on multiple high-visibility projects, delivering outcome-driven solutions that delight customers and align with business objectives. This role requires advanced full-stack engineering expertise, cloud-native architecture experience, and leadership in modern software delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Serve as the technical advocate for products, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Business) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices and quality standards.
  • Build and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3).
  • Integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Implement DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies for rapid, reliable delivery.
  • Drive modernization and transformation initiatives, particularly in the Fintech domain.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master s preferred).
  • 8+ years in full-stack development with expertise in Angular, NodeJS, Python, C#, .NET Core, SQL/NoSQL.
  • 8+ years in cloud-native engineering (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform), with 5+ years hands-on AWS service experience.
  • 2+ years in AI/ML and GenAI solution development.
  • Strong understanding of OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms, and system design diagrams.
  • Proven experience in Fintech or complex financial systems.
  • Transformation/modernization leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in Agile, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, and SRE principles.
  • Hands-on with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub, SonarQube.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience with Amazon MSK, SNS/SQS, Glue, Athena.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and guide teams.
