  • Location & Work Arrangement

  • City, State: Atlanta, Georgia
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid First day is onsite for onboarding; subsequent onsite presence is on an on-demand basis.
  • Contract: This is a Contract position. While long-term tenure is intended, the position is subject to annual budget restrictions and anticipated renewal July 1st.
  • Mode of Interview: Web Cam Interview Only.
  • Preference: Preference will be given to candidates local to the Atlanta Metro area / State of Georgia.

  • Essential Expertise and Scope of Work

    The Senior ServiceNow Developer must possess deep technical proficiency in the platform's development, configuration, and integration capabilities, spanning both IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.

    1. Core ServiceNow Development & Customization (6+ Years Required)

  • Platform Expertise: 6 years of ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration) (Required).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (6 years required).
  • Solution Implementation: Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the platform.
  • Standards: Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and participate in design discussions.

  • 2. Module Expertise & Process Optimization (6+ Years Required)

  • ITSM/ITOM: 6 years of experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITOM process optimization (Required).
  • Key Modules: Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM (Customer Service Management), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) (6 years required).
  • ITOM Specialization: Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.

  • 3. Requirements, Agile & Mentorship

  • Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
  • Methodology: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery (6 years required).
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation (system designs and user guides) (6 years required).
  • Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth. Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features.
